ITINERARY
DAY 1: 22 October
Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, a Peninsula enshrined by the two primal oceans the Atlantic and Indian oceans.
Sacred Sites lions head
22nd October is arrival day.
Transfers are provided from Cape Town Airport to your hotel.
Here we all meet and greet one another, settle in and share our first gentle yoga session together followed by dinner.
DAY 2: 23 October
Morning sunrise yoga session on the beautiful Glencairn beach, overlooking the warm indian ocean of False Bay, followed by a meditation as we connect to the beautiful energy of Cape Town and our exciting journey ahead.
We then head up the Glencairn mountain to visit the Pyramid All Seeing Eye rock.
This ancient marker stone, and cosmic antenna, which also aligns to the Summer Solstice Sunset, marks the Solar Plexus Energy Center of the Cape Peninsula, a Solar, Fire and Male symbol. We will merge with the energy field of this sacred stone by entering the sacred space, a shelter beneath the base of this Pyramid fully CENTERED and ATUNED into the apex/tip of the Pyramid during 11am to 1pm, when the Sun’s rays are directly overhead, and have the most direct impact/penetration with our Mother Earth and the Pyramid Stone,11:11 portal, along with the other cosmic planetary energies at that moment.
You will be guided through a sound atunement, chakra balancing technique, using the notes that correspond to each Chakra, to bring us into balance and alignment with our energy centers and the cosmic energies of the moment. We will take this time to reconnect and re-energize the Power Center within us (solar Plexus – giving us the added strength, courage to Walk our Talk and overcome any fears we may have) From here we head across to the Fish Hoek valley to the Great Burial Cave & Ascension Cave.
In Sunvalley lies Peers Cave, an ancient burial cave where approximately 14 skeletons were removed from their resting place. Come and meet the stone guardians overlooking this sacred cave of the ancients.
Above the sacred Burial cave is the ‘Cave of Ascension’, believed to be a ritual cave of rebirth and fertility. This is one of the Cape’s most sacred Caves. It is aligned to the Summer solstice Sunset, we will ascend to the Crystaline Ascension cave, to experience the Light Energies of this sacred portal. Along the way, Dean will share more of the Ancient Spiritual knowledge, sacred geometries and healing plants and energies that enshrine this special place – making a tea from the natural herbs in the area to share. This crystal tunnel cave 27ft in diameter, is a powerful experience!

DAY 3: 24 October
We awake to head up to the top of Table Mountain – experiencing the energies of the Crown Chakra and Third Eye Chakra of the Cape Peninsula , we will walk into the portal of the third eye of the table mountain goddess ~ Third Eye meditation and yoga in the portal of the Eye of the Table Mountain Goddess.
From here we move across to travel up the slope of Lion’s Head to reach two ancient sacred sites. An incredible granite rock skull which acts as an “observatory” to the stars & sun, and the Lion’s Head Watchman’s Cave nearby. We explore the earth energies and Ley Lines that surround this area. Here on Lion’s Head lies a sacred guardian, a 10 ft granite head facing south with an eyehole aligned perfectly due west to capture the setting sun. Above on the neck of Lion’s Head Mountain lies the Watchman’s Cave, believed to be used by the early Shamans and Healers.

DAY 4: 25 October
We head down to Cape Point to see the South Western most tip of Africa, the primal root chakra of the Cape Peninsula. We walk down to the breathtaking Dias Beach, situated between the male and female, Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope. A powerful place for yoga and ceremony.
From here we head across the scenic drive of Chapmans Peak to The Great Motherstone, Logies Rocks, Llandudno.

Archaeoastronomical research by Dean Liprini shows that the great Motherstone, which is near the cave, is the largest standing monolithic stone on this mini peninsula of Logies Rocks. The Motherstone has been so named due to it’s shape, seen as a diamond lozenge when looking at it from west to east position. The diamond shape is an ancient symbol of the female reproductive area. There is a seam of white quartz that winds around the Motherstone, anchoring into a blackened nadis / bellybutton like energy point, representing the umbilical chord and fertility aspects of the Motherstone. When viewed from the north to south direction, the great Motherstone appears to be a huge breast, complete with nipplecap, reinforcing the fertility status of this site. The fact that red ochre was in use, confirms that the ancient people were involved in ceremony at this important site. The top of the Motherstone is lit by the first rays of the Summer Solstice sun rise, passing through the gateway between Little Lions Head & the south west corner of Table Mountain.
The Logies Rock Shelter in Llandudno was researched by archaeologists. Amongst their findings were red ochre, ochre stained grinding stone, pottery & beads, and shell middens. One can see these shell middens outside the cave entrances. The smoothness of the granite cave floor indicates the cave was used by many people over hundreds and thousands of years.
We close our day with sunset yoga and meditation at the sacred motherstone.

DAY 5: 26 October
We leave the mother city of Cape Town and up the West Coast of South Africa, en-route to the Sacred Bushman’s Valley, following in the footsteps of the Ancient ones who experienced the Sacred Path of the Elephants and other grazing animals moving from the West Coast to the East Coast. As the seasons changed so the animals moved to areas that provided better browsing and grazing, following passage ways that contained water and food along the way. Bushman’s Kloof is one of these magical places filled with abundance of water and food for the ancient people who lived deeply with the Nature and Spirit that surrounds and enshrines these sacred caves and shelters.
It was here that the San peoples would have spent time in ceremony and dance, as is shared in their rock paintings, and where the Shamans would go into trance and shift into different levels and dimensions of consciousness, communicating with the spirit of their ancestors, through and into the cosmic star realms and star beings, deep into the womb and inner world of Mother Earth. Before sunset we will walk the trail to experience the land and the Shamanic rock paintings left by these Ancient people. We will close the day with a yin yoga session and then Dean will lead a Earth to Star meditation. Here we will spend two nights fully immersed in the nature of rock, flower, animal and Bushman magic. We overnight in farm style cottages at Travellers Rest.
DAY 6: 27th October
Early morning riverside yoga , meditation and sun greeting on the banks of the Brandewyn river. We walk along the ancient passageway and migratory path of the Great Elephants.
We will explore some of the amazing rock art and share insights to their alignments to Sun, Moon and Stars.
We share another awesome sunset meditation with another night by the fire under the stars and Milky Way…

DAY 7: 28th October
We then continue across to Paarl Mountain & the Sacred Hippo Fertility Cave to the historic wine estates between Paarl Mountain, Franschoek and Stellenbosch, the famous wine lands. We experience a vortex created by the convergence of two great mountain ranges.
We will visit the Sacred Hippo Womb Cave on the great Paarl (Pearl) Rock to pay our respects to the ancients. We then venture on to the coastal town of Hermanus where we connect with the spirit of the whales with a whale breath meditation and yin-yoga session to close the day, overnighting in Hermanus for the night at the Windsor Hotel.
DAY 8: 29th October
Heading along the coast from Hermanus to the Cape of Aghulas where the two oceans meet ! Yoga on the beach followed by storytelling as we learn more from Dean about the rainbow bridge of Africa that connects east with west via this sacred sushumna or central axis to this special part of the world… Whale Breath Meditation at this powerful Southernmost Tip of Africa!
From there we head along to the WILDERNESS EBB & FLOW NATURE RESERVE exploring George & Wilderness along the famous garden route of South Africa. We travel to Wilderness the Touws river and the National Park the Ebb and Flow Nature Reserve, here we will overnight in the timber chalets.
We visit an ancient Mother cave that overlooks the river, the source of Life and Nurturance to many over the hundreds and thousands of years…., here we will do a meditation and circle dance, we reflect on the Tides the balance of Nature and all Life…we remember this song…..Circle Dance Ceremony in the Cave. Fireside dinner and story telling.

DAY 9: 30th October
PLETTENBERG BAY & ROBBERG BURIAL SITE We travel in the early morning on to the Robberg Peninsula a magical and Mystical place…chosen by the Ancients to do special burial rituals with painted grave stones…
From here the beautiful Bay of Plettenberg stretches in a huge Arc to the East…and Ends where the Great Range of Mountains the Hottentots Holland that we have been following for 700km finally explodes out into these beautiful waters at Cathedral Rock enriched with great abundance of Life… the feeding grounds of our watery and playful Friends the Dolphins & breading sanctuary of the Whales.
Here at Robberg we will walk to the great Guardian a 90ft stone head that has a stone drum atop its head…we will play te drum with heartfelt intention sending its song into the ocean below..will the whales and dolphins join us? Yoga session at this awesome place, with amazing ocean and mountain views all around. We move to the beach for a sunset meditation.
We overnight in Keurbooms Strand Plettenberg Bay in luxury Villas overlooking the Ocean…

DAY 10: 31st October
We begin our morning beach walk to the Sacred Burial Ground of Cathedral Rock, recorded as one of the deepest dated Shell Midden in the world. This site has been researched by archaeologists. Amongst their findings were red ochre, ochre stained grinding stone, pottery & beads, and shell middens. One can see these shell middens outside the cave entrances.
Archaeoastronomical research by Dean Liprini shows that the Cathederal Rock (Arch Rock) is a massive holed stone which would have had spiritual significance & seen to hold magical properties by the ancient people living in this area from prehistoric times. The Cathederal Rock represents the female Vagina and birth canal and the central hole faces perfectly due North & South, so that it captures the Sun & the Moon alignment at midday. When the light of the midday sun or the moonlight passes through the hole, it reflects down in the archway that is often filled with sea water, and can be seen as a “seed of light” entering the womb of the Mother and the primal womb & waters of the ocean.
We will spend the rest of the day enshrined in the Energies of this Powerful Portal as we share a light picnic lunch. We sing our song of healing from this powerful portal, our ray of Hope for our Planet and Humanity. Here we will share a gentle yoga session with our focus on letting go that which no longer serves us, followed by a rebirthing ritual, letting go and starting a new…
DAY 11: 1st November
Early greeting of the sunrise yoga session before we head back down the coast through Mossel Bay to visit Cape St Blaize Cave with its Great Guardian Rock Being overlooking its entrance.
What have these Ancient Beings seen, what knowledge and wisdom do they have to share with us….what long forgotten song would they like to hear?
Meditation on our central core energy. Lunch overlooking the ocean before heading back to Cape Town.
Sunset Drumming and dancing circle on the beach, celebrating our journey together, then out for an amazing dinner in Scarborough. We close our journey here spending our last night together in the Glencarin Hotel.
