About the Event

Join the Sacred Sites Foundation NPO with Bia Ishsaqua Khoisan Chief from Ocean view, Dean Liprini sacred sites researcher and author,on their anual summer solstice ancestral pilgrimage, to their ancestral sacred ritual cave, "Ascension" Cave Sunvalley Fish Hoek and Sun on Monday 21st Dec. As we join with others around the world to seed our heartfelt prayers and intentions into the collective.

To Honor this Magical Day of Great Light, the Summer Solstice turning of the sun this happens between the sunsets of the 20th the 21st December 2020.

This is a time to honor our ancestors and the Great Fire of Life, our Father Sun who's Rays of Love have embraced our Mother Earth, and together they have created and nurtured and gifted so much Life and Sustenance for us ALL.

On this day the final Rays of the Father Sun will align perfectly with and enter the Ascension (Mother Womb) Cave, A Divine Seeding of Light - Life and Hope...

Bring water and a snack for refreshments. Also bring a small token of fruit /bread/cookies that we can have a symbolic sharing of natures bounty.

We will be creating a sense of Oneness and be seeding individual and collective prayers and intentions....for ourselves, humanity and our Mother Earth so come and Be, Enjoy and Embrace this Sacred moment. Children most welcome!

At 5:30 pm we will meet at the bottom of 20th Ave at Fishhoek sports field (NOT OU KAAPSEWEG!!) This is a MEDIUM fitness level walk, we will hike 35 - 40min minutes, up together to Peers Cave, this is a very one of the most sacred burial sites of the Early Khoisan People. We will stop and say a prayer of thanks and gratitude to the ancestors. We will then continue on to Ascension Cave nearby to experience the sacred alignment, and union of our Father Sun and womb of our Earth Mother, Witnessing the final sun rays, seeding its life force, hope and light into the primal womb of Mother Earth. Ascension Cave.

Cost is by donation suggested R100 - R200 - or what you can in fair exchange, your donation will be in support of the Sacred Sites Foundation of Southern Africa NPO
